Hi,
writing from istanbul at age 40 , male,
i started eating out excessive amount of meat in the last 3 months. taking over dose of alcohol, all my life i almost never drink water.
I started developing small size bone on my first big toe, i started having problems standing up. as i drive the car my last back bone would hurt.
i was laying down almost all the time . because my bones would hurt, after making a research i realized i might have developed gout.
I read online that excessive amounts of protein consumption would increase the uric acid level and that amount would be stored in joints. When i looked around i see elderly people to have wife and plump joints who have walking difficulty,

then i went for blood and urine test , i had all my cholesterol levels really high. i was looking for uric acid , but it was all ok, then i started reading lots of forums and found out that apple cider vinegar was highly recommended by many people, i went out to local market and found village made real vinegar and drank a glass of it, no worries it does not burn your tummy , it is not strong like apple or factory vinegars. in about 10 minutes i could feel my pains have gone and i did not hear any noise when i turn my head sideways. when mum saw what i am doing m she told me that my grandfather after having a kidney surgery used to do the same thing, and he used to put 2 spoonfull of vinegar into glass with water and also add 1 tea spoon full of baking soda.
i was suprised to hear that this was an old remedy.
after asking my doctor if it was ok to drink vinegar , i continued drinking it more, he told me that apple cider vinegar has no side effects.
one day i ran out of vinegar and purchased some factory vinegar. i tell you , that night was like hell,
later on i listened to my body , i was eating read meat and dry beans and checking the result of my body reaction, if i eat protein rich foods , i still develop pain in my various joints. so i still eat for a balanced meal but in lesser amounts. like the size of 1 or 2 finger.

now every morning i drink my apple cider vinegar. ( it has got to be natural - cant find , then do ti your self, )

half and hour later i eat my breakfast.
also before dinner i repeat the same thing,

i have lost about 4 kgs , in 1.5 months time, before i always felt tired and had a pain at the back of my head , which the ladder is a sign of colesterol, now i feel like a bird.
when i walk around my joints to not make noise.

i highly suggest apple vinegar , the ones you buy at stores because of chemicals do not have a certain enzyme ( or what ever it is ) that is good for bone problems, like arithritis,

I also used partially alphalpa sprouts and cherries, but the cherries did not relive my pains, but alphalpha was great.

I highly suggest that everyone should be using this apple vinegar. It works for me, i hope it does for you .
By the way , i never tooks pills or medicines all my life before,
good luck,

Oh For arithritis , I also got great help from norwaigien solmon , it is got omega 3 and also made me feel very good for my joints.

Brett,

Body builders do need lots of protein, but they also benefit from an alkaline diet. In fact, plant-based proteins are the best. So my advice would be to avoid meat, fish, eggs and even dairy, and eat lots of sprouted raw foods. But don't be discouraged if you get gas for awhile. Most Americans eat between 5 and 10 grams of dietary fiber per day, which is not nearly enough. It's best to consume between 30 and 60 grams of dietary fiber per day. There's great products out there that can help. For example, Vega Whole Food Optimizer and Veganique are great products. Two servings per day provides about 33 grams of dietary fiber and just over 50 grams or protein. By the time you eat beans, nuts, seeds, whole grains, fruits and vegetables, you'll have taken in about 70 to 80 grams of protein, and at least 50 grams of dietary fiber, and your diet will be alkaline. I would also recommend a good water filter, such as the Kangen Water filter.

You need to read a little more---if your table salt is only 90% NaCl then there's a LOT of additives in it.

"Table salt is refined salt, which contains about 97% to 99% sodium chloride."

And if you think you're eating "pure, air-dried sea salt", think again, it's been processed to remove Ca and Mg salts.

"Completely raw sea salt is bitter because of magnesium and calcium compounds, and thus is rarely eaten."

Yeah, too much salt is bad for you, just like too little salt is bad for you---but they are All chemically processed.

Get yourself a box of arm and hammer baking soda, follow the directions on the side of the box. Sodium bicarbonate is the main ingredient in many RX acid blockers, but you can get a months supply at the grocery store for $2.

Re-occuring UTI could be a result of an over growth of candida fungus. You should try baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) to kill off the fungus. It works better than RX anti-fungals, as the fungus doesnt gain a resistance to it.
BAKING SODA is also highly alkaline, im using it to restore my levels.

I totally agree. I cut out all canned drinks and not only did my pot belly disappear, but I no longer get those angina-like heartburns that I used to experience several times a week. In fact, I no longer have heartburn whatsoever!

Vinegar works when bicarbonates don't. BUT DON'T drink distilled vinegar! Apple Cider... Balsamic, Rice, or Japanese Black vinegars would be my choices. If you don't want to drink them direct... make a light salad dressing and enjoy a light salad at the same time.
